Heather co-founded Bankers for Net Zero in 2019 and continues to work as Chief Executive across all business functions and core work streams. 

Elliot leads the organisation's key strategic and operational functions, including overseeing the development of our three core workstreams and managing our relationships across industry and civil society.

Hattie leads on government and parliamentary engagement for Bankers for Net Zero.

Elena leads our approach to policy and regulation as well as the delivery of our public affairs strategy. 

Francesca manages the day-to-day engagement with our corporate members whilst delivering a long-term membership roadmap. She leads all strategic communication, branding and content. 

A former capital markets lawyer and marketing professional, with over 25 years-experience, working in the financial services industry, Sangeeta now acts as a Strategic Communications Advisor for a number of clients, including B4NZ, with a particular focus on ESG, conservation and the environment.
