Aside from UNGA\, B4NZ will be attending and partnering with a range of our members and partners throughout NYCW for a range of events. Please see a brief outline of confirmed events below. \nUNGA \nUN General Assembly Private Sector Forum (23 September) \nHeather will be joining the Private Sector Forum hosted by UN Secretary-General António Guterres on September 23 at UN Headquarters. The forum is an interactive luncheon event during the UN General Assembly week focusing on advancing UN goals related to sustainability\, SDG acceleration\, and digital transformation\, providing a networking platform for world leaders to collaborate on solutions for future challenges. \nSpeaking \nSustainable Investment Forum 2024 (24 September) \nB4NZ are institutional partners for the 9th Annual Sustainable Investment Forum North America. Alongside attending a range of sessions throughout the day\, Heather will speak on a panel on ‘Double materiality: The guiding principle for sustainability reporting?’ Register for tickets here. \nDeloitte (25 September) \nB4NZ will join Deloitte’s sessions on the 25th. Hosted by our partners Climate Action and the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI)\, this forum unites asset owners managing over $3 trillion in assets. It sets the stage for the finance community during the UN General Assembly (UNGA) and Climate Week NYC. \nB4NZ Co-Founder and CEO Heather Buchanan will be taking part in  a panel session titled ‘Double Materiality: The Guiding Principle for Sustainability Reporting’. This session will explore how double materiality is transforming sustainability reporting by integrating impact and financial metrics.
